To Sabah with Love!
SS20 ladies handed over 287 reusable cloth masks to Ms June from YWCA today. These masks were sewn at home by a group of SS20 ladies during this pandemic. The masks will be sent to Sabah with the help of TUDM for the lower income group.
The ladies will continue sewing masks for Sabah until we break the chain.
Well done ladies!

eCensus Clinic at SS20 Central Zone Cabin, Jalan SS20/14, Damansara Utama to help SS20 residents with the online survey.

' The census is important for identifying the size, distribution, composition and socio-economic characteristics of population and housing in Malaysia. The information collected will be used to plan, formulate and implement the policy of the Government of Malaysia for the purpose of national development and the interest of Malaysians in the future. Information from the Census helps determine how government funding worth billions of ringgit will be spent across the country. Information from the census will be used to make plans and decisions regarding the public services required for each locality such as hospitals, schools, roads, and public transport. Local authorities also use information from the census to help meet the core needs of their area.'

RA SS3 Visit To RA SS20 Central

5 April 2019

RA SS20 Central was honoured by the visit from the Committee Members of RA SS3. They came to study our Kitchen Waste Composting Machine and are looking at the feasibility of purchasing a unit for their RA.
We briefed them on the operations of our Zero Waste Station and our residents' participation in turning kitchen waste into compost for home gardening.
Their visit was scheduled for them to see the operations from the discharging of compost, the input of kitchen waste by the residents into the machine and starting the machine.
They were also briefed on some of our activities and projects.
We wish them all success in their composting project.
