SS20 Qigong Class in Action
The ‘Fragrant Qigong’ or Xiang Gong class is taught by Andrew Chong, one of the SS20 residents and he has been teaching us for the past 6 years, 7 days a week.
He’s such a nice guy! Andrew, we do appreciate the time and effort that you have sacrificed to teach us, especially slow student like me.
The class starts at 7 am every morning at the Central Zone field.
Do come and join us. It will help you to stay healthy and young!
