This would help everyone to understand the impact of the PJ Dispersal Link Highway towards SS20 Damansara Kim/Utama. Please invite all those affected to attend this upcoming zoom town hall;

 Some of the items to be covered;

 A) A detailed briefing on what ERE Sdn Bhd (outsourced research arm of PJD Link) has shared with us the latest proposed highway alignment diagrams for ss20 (bit.ly/3LCKuso)

 

B) Southern Zone will now be affected on 3 sides (facing Starling, facing 3Dsara & facing Glo)

 

C)The impact will impact all 3 zones of SS20 Dsara Kim. We have drawn a zone of impact (1 kilometre) from the proposed alignment. We discovered the entire SS20Dsara Kim is within the zone of impact (Traffic, pollution, etc)

 

D) We have an independent property valuer (house price impact) and traffic expert - to give us their views on the possible future of SS20 Dsara Kim if all 3 highway ramps are erected
