Disposal of hard rubbish

Dear fellow residents,

Alam Flora has agreed to make extra garbage collection trips on Sat & Sun, 4 and 5 Sep 2010 to collect hard rubbish (big items such as furniture, mattress, TV, etc.) in SS 20 area.

Residents who have big items to get rid of are advised to put them outside their gates early on 4 and 5 Sep 2010.

RT SS20 has provided a handphone (014-626 1442) to our SS20 police who will be on patrol duty in SS20.
All SS20 residents can call this no to report on anything suspicious.
This arrangement will improve response time. Do keep this no handy in your hand phone.
Remember neighbourhood watch. OBSERVE & REPORT.

Security Update

CCTV from a resident’s house in the southern zone has shown images of a thin Malay man stealing expensive shoes outside the house.
Remember to keep your expensive shoes inside the house.

Securtiy Update - 29 July 2010

Thieves broke into 2 cars parked in front of the hospital and a house in Jalan SS20/8 last week.

They stole cash and a golf set from one of the cars.

The house in SS20/8 was under renovation and the doors were wide open.

SS20 residents host farewell dinner for Supt Abdul Razak

SS20 residents hosted a farewell dinner for Supt Abdul Razak Elias at the Penang Village Restaurant, Tropicana City Mall on Wednesday, 14 July 2010.

Supt Abdul Razak Elias has been promoted and transferred to Serdang as the police chief. He will be replaced by Supt Ding.

Congratulations to Supt Abdul Razak and Supt Ding on their new posting.

Security Update

There were 2 house break-ins on Sunday afternoon, 3 July 2010, one at Road 13 and the other at Road 26.
3 Chinese men in a BMW were spotted during one of the break-ins.

Security Update


There were no reports of crime for the past few weeks but residents noticed a Proton Waja parked in the open carpark in front of the Hospital for sometime. It looked abandoned. The police were informed and on investigation, it was found to be a stolen car.
