To minimize the threat of dengue and to take a proactive part
in keeping the Central Zone field neat and clean, the Environment Committee of the
RA SS20 Central organized a gotong-royong to prune the trees and clean up the
field this morning.
It was encouraging to see residents coming forward to participate in the clean-up. Mr. Tan from Road 13 even came with his chainsaw!
With great teamwork from the residents and some MBPJ
contract workers, they managed to do a pretty good job pruning the overgrown branches
of the trees.
The event ended with chicken rice sponsored by the RA.
