Security Alert
Watch out for a white Honda with heavily tinted windows and Singapore number plate.
The driver is a fair-skinned man.
The passengers in the car tried to break into a house in Jalan SS20/14 yesterday, Monday, 1, April at around 1:30 pm.
They were unsuccessful because one of the residents staying nearby noticed the car and alerted the police.
The police arrived shortly and gave chase but they managed to escape.

Colombian jailed for breaking into 16 homes
Looks like same MO being used in S'pore and Malaysia....
A COLOMBIAN had heard from an acquaintance how easy it was to make “good money” through housebreaking in Singapore.
Foranda Arias Fredy, 43, flew here on July 12 last year with another Colombian – known to him only as Maurisio – to do just that.
In a district court yesterday, Fredy pleaded guilty to breaking into 16 homes on his two trips here and stealing nearly S$650,000 (RM1.6mil) in cash and valuables.
He also admitted to making a false declaration to the immigration authorities on his second trip in October, that he had not been to Singapore using a passport under a different name.
He was jailed a total of nine-and-a-half years. ... Read more ......
