Happy 15th Anniversary

A simple but meaningful dinner organized by RT SS20 Jiran Wanita to mark the 15^th anniversary of the RT SS20 Xianggong group.

Appreciation goes to Mr Andrew Chong, Head of RT SS20 Warga Mas, who started the Xianggong group in SS20 fifteen years ago. The exercise is taught free of charge, 5 days a week at the Central Zone field in the morning by Andrew to all interested residents in SS20. We thank Andrew for his commitment and keeping us active and healthy.

Pn Mary Chong, Head of RT SS20 Jiran Wanita also presented a fruit basket as a token of appreciation to Pn Eileen Thong, Chairman of RT SS20 for her contribution and dedication to the community. Eileen continues to be very much involved in the happenings of the community, be it security or environmental. We thank Eileen for her constant effort and persistent drive in making SS20 a safe and happy place for all. 

CNY 2016 Celebration at KPJ Damansara

RT SS20 & RA SS20 committee members invited to a cheerful and energetic CNY Celebration with the tossing of Lou Sang for abundance & prosperity and Lion Dance performance organized by KPJ Damansara Hospital on 20 February 2016.

"Dear SS20 Residents, 

The RA n RT of SS20 Damansara Kim is in collaboration to organise collection of donations of dry food, new towels n clothing for police families who are affected by flood in Kelantan. 

Our collection is fixed from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm, tomorrow (28/12/2014 Sunday) at Cabin 8 Central Zone. 

Cash donations are also welcome, we will decide to buy food n clothing or handover cash to the Balai Police Damansara after the closing hour at 6.00pm Sunday. This is a good time to reciprocate n show gesture of good relationship. How you will come forward with your generous heart.

As salam semua.
Tuan-tuan KB dn OCS, bagi meringankan beban yg ditanggung olih peg/anggota dan keluarga Polis yg menjadi mangsa banjir terutama di Kelantan, sila lancar kutipan sumbangan serta merta utk kita hantar secepat mungkin.

Sumbangan seeloknya dlm bentuk makanan kering, pakaian spt pakaian budak, lampin bayi, pakaian dewasa lelaki dan wanita, kain pelikat, sarong, selimut dsnya(bukan yg terpakai). Penyelia kebajikan  dan  selaraskan sumbangan dari daerah dn hantar ke IPK selewat2 hari isnin petang.  Sbb  kontinjen kita mahukan sunbangan itu sampai ke IPK selewat2nya pada hari Selasa atau Rabu minggu akan datang. Libatkan PERKEP juga.

Bamboo Cutting

A gotong-royong was organized by the RT SS20 to cut the 2 big overgrown bamboo bushes at the South Zone field at Jalan SS20/5 today. 

With the help from the members of the Outdoor Gear Malaysia, residents were finally able to clear off the overgrown bamboos after one full day of hard work.

SS20 residents are deeply grateful to the members of the Outdoor Gear Malaysia for sacrificing their time and energy to help them cut the bamboo bushes. 

Kudos to all who participated in the gotong-royong!

Anti-Dengue Gotong-Royong at the Southern and Northern Zone

SS 20 residents are encouraged to join this Gotong Royong (self help) Activity to ensure your immediate environment is free from Aedes Mosquito  breeding grounds.

Satay Party

In conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri, RT SS20 hosted a satay party for the police together with the security committees from all 3 zones at the Community Policing Cabin at Jalan SS20/5.

Present were Sgt. Hamdan and his team, RA SS20 Central Chairman, Dato' Dr. Vincent Ng, RT Damansara Perdana, RT Taman Gasing Indah Chairman, Mr. Eric Chew, Malaysian Crime Awareness Campaign founder, Mr. Mark Soh and Dato’ Tan Jake Chuan of SOS Fastlane.

1st Inaugural Annual General Meeting - 18 Aug 2013

The 1^st Inaugural Annual General Meeting of the RA SS20 Zon Sentral held on Sunday went well. There was a pretty good turnout despite the rain. The election of office bearers also went smoothly without a hitch.

Also present at the event were ADUN YB Yeo Bee Yin and her assistant, Mr. Billy Wong, RT SS20 Chairman Puan Eileen Thong and invited guests from the Northern and Southern Zone.

Elections of the office bearers was chaired by Mr. Chung from the Northern Zone.

The elected office bearers are:

1) Chairman                  –    Dato’ Dr. Vincent Ng

2) Deputy Chairman     –    Dato’ Koh Kia Lim

3) Secretary                   –    Mr. Hui Seng Kit

4) Asst Secretary          –    Mr. Fam Siew Keong

5) Treasurer                   –    Mr. Chua Piak Chwee

Three sub-committees were formed, namely, Security, Social and Environment.

We will provide a complete list of the committee members once we receive it from the Secretary.

Congratulations to the newly elected members and we hope that the new team will work towards better security and cleaner environment so that SS20 will continue to prosper!
