A snatch theft incident
occurred on 13 July evening, about 7:15 pm on Road 20 near the junction with Road 21 close to the boom barrier.
A resident was walking along Road 20
when her bag was pulled from behind by a man wearing an orange motorcycle helmet with a dark visor. The man then escaped through the boom
barrier into Road 21.
The attached 3 CCTV screenshots
show the sequence of events. The man is thinly built, dark skinned,
probably late teens or early twenties.
We have already provided some of
these screenshots to the DU Police and will try and get some more clearer
images.
If our place was not barricaded, these guys on their motorbikes will be rounding in our area.
